NASA’s Mars Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy, and Heat Transport lander is expected to touch down today, on Mars around 3 pm ET/12 pm PT. NASA calls it InSight for short and you should say nothing less too.

This’s the first NASA’s Insight Land on Mars since 2012 (when NASA landed the Curiosity rover on the planet). This landing will kick-start a two-year mission for Insight, whose primary aim is to study Mars’ interior.
